Net Zero
It consumes 55% less energy than its equivalent baseline building, and 100% of that energy comes from the sun. Our new Net Zero Administration Building for the Municipality of Argyle is connected to the electricity grid and annually its photovoltaic array will produce as much energy as the building consumes, hence the term net zero. The Good Old Way
We are thrilled to receive this traditional wood round window from Gordon Wood. It came from his family home that once stood on the project site in Tusket, Nova Scotia and will be revived and featured in our new Net Zero Energy Administration Building for the Municipality of Argyle. Seeing the traditional techniques is inspiring, maybe all windows should be made the good old way?
